Life is hectic at the moment because the exams are upon us and everybody who has ever had anything to with academia knows that with exams comes marking time. I am up to my armpits in exam papers and projects that need have the marks assigned to them very soon. Consequently I’m working from home right now to make better use of my time. When I am finished marking I will reflect upon my first semester teaching and the highs and lows associated with the same. It had=s been an incredible learning experience for me and has changed some of the ways in which I perceive myself as a teacher.

More on that later, right now - I’m back to marking folks!
