Metateque’s claim is that you can “publish without fear. Metateque is a unique, easy weblog authoring system for people with more imagination and opinions than time. If you’d rather publish great sites than search for content, wrestle with a web server or cut code, please enter.”
At $19.95, Metateque is possibly worth consideration and it is available for a free trial period download. When I have some spare time I may try it out.
